Part 1:   Jamie Maw was the food editor of Vancouver Magazine for 17 years, and has reviewed thousands of restaurants and cooking competitions. Part one of this package will see you join him in evaluating an Okanagan restaurant based on objective observations, from service to décor, and, of course - the food! There will be techniques and secrets shared, as well as tips to improve your future dining experiences.

Part 2:   Stone Soup Chef is the extraordinary culinary 'Black Box' competition that benefits Kelowna's Gospel Mission. The Okanagan's leading chefs - two at a time - compete by preparing soup for 150 of Gospel Mission's clients from staples on hand and donated foods from restaurants and grocery stores dropped off overnight. It's the ultimate 'blind' competition as the chefs never know what ingredients to expect! Join head judge Jamie Maw, carefully evaluating the flavour profiles and healthy elements of each soup before declaring a winner. The successful bidder should be available from 9 am to noon on one of these dates: February 13^th, 15^th, 17^th or 21^st.

Part 3:  Visit the 2011 Stone Soup Champ, Chef Paul Cecconi for a heart-warming bowl of soup and more with a $75 gift certificate to Local Lounge in Summerland.
