ACES Okanagan 2009 Pocket Kings Red
This Meritage style wine is a concentrated blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A bouquet of Christmas cake, mocha and vanilla followed by black cherry, dark chocolate, plum and currants on the palate. A long, complex finish that satisfies and lingers. Aged 18 months in new French and American Oak.
Le Vieux Pin 2009 Syrah
Nuanced, elegant and refined. Black peppercorn rubbed steak, game, mélange of wild berries, bacon and smoke make up the aromatics and flavor profile of this wine. This was a warmer vintage than the inaugural 2008, resulting in riper fruit and more weight.
Noble Ridge 2007 Pinot Noir
The grapes underwent a cold soak before fermenting in their skins. After spending time sur lees, it was aged in French barrels. This Pinot Noir boasts of spice, cherry and black currants with subtle hints of anise and vanilla.
Okanagan Spirits Raspberry Liqueur
Pure raspberry fragrance, infused with fruity sweetness but still lively due to the natural acidity of the berries. This liqueur is indispensable for the creation of desserts and a valuable ingredient in the composition of fruity long drinks.
Quails’ Gate 2010 Dry Riesling
Sourced entirely from 26 year old vines in Quails’ Gate vineyards. Aromas of honeydew melon, green tea and limey mineral notes are abundant and combine with a fresh juicy palate of green apple acidity and genuine fruit sweetness.
Summerhill N/V Cipes Rose
A classic dry sparkling made from 100% organic Pinot Noir. This medium bodied bubbly shows aromas of strawberries, raspberries, apples and toast; with citrus, apricots and peaches on the palate.
